In June 2024 a group of international Obeya thought leaders joined ranks in Asti, Italy, sharing a common belief that the future belongs to adaptive, learning organizations.

This event marked the starting point of OBEYA.GLOBAL: a collective international effort to accelerate Obeya Research & Development.

We are a non-profit, ideal international forum to co-create profound knowledge and architecture for a systemic change on human collaboration.

Agreements have been made to:

• Involve the academic community for scientific research
• Set up 1 shared Obeya communications platform internationally
• Collaborate on the development of new knowledge and innovation

We share a belief that we must outgrow our current organizational paradigms and that Obeya incorporates many of the elements needed for organizations to thrive and positively contribute to their surroundings.

Efforts have been made to arrive at one shared definition of Obeya, this is the latest version:
